ParentPortal will be closed until August 27


Santo ISD’s ParentPortal has a new link and new look: however, your login remains the same.  ParentPortal users will notice some cosmetic differences in page formatting with the new ASCENDER ParentPortal.  Please update any bookmark, favorite, or shortcuts you may have from the old ParentPortal.


Parents need to make sure your student’s campus office has your current email address and cell phone number on file. The email address and cell phone number at the campus office must match the email address and cell phone number of your parent ParentPortal for each of your students. Your email address and cell phone number for the ParentPortal must be verified on your “My Accounts” page on your first login.  If the email and cell phone number do not match and have not been verified, you will be unable to access your account. Please see the Help Documents below for more information. 

  • Parents, make sure your email address and cell phone number you provide for verification in ParentPortal is the information provided when you registered your student.  If not, please let the campus office know of the change.  You may not be able to change alerts if it is not updated.
  • Parents will be able to use their current ParentPortal account information to access their student’s information for grades and attendance.
  • If you have not done so, you will need to put in an email and phone number for verification.  It says Optional but to retrieve student data, it is needed.
